Matador Automation
Technical documentation for automated body-in-white production lines – operating and maintenance manuals and CE documentation according to customer specifications, legislation and standards.
System engineer during the start of production at Tesla Gigafactory Berlin, with direct customer contact; further lines for Audi Ingolstadt and Škoda Kvasiny.

REMUS
Complete design of 21 sheet-metal tools – forming, hydroforming, bending, segment tools and checking fixtures – for exhaust systems of the BMW R 1300 GS, KTM 690 SMC and KTM 990 RC.
Leading two subcontractors from the concept phase to finished tools.

ZKW
Coordination of complete headlamp development projects with direct OEM contact – design, electronics, lighting technology, prototypes, validation and homologation.
Plastic housing and lens of a high-runner BMW Motorrad headlamp, pre-development of a BMW rear lamp, industrialisation of an Opel headlamp; earlier complete headlamps and fog lamps for Porsche and Audi.

Adient
Leading up to 6 engineers in the Centre of Competence for seat plastics – structural and visible parts for VW, BMW, Renault, Dacia, JLR and PSA, from concept to SOP.
DFMEA, gap & flush definition, tool feasibility and customer design reviews. Employee Engagement Award 2017 for the RFQ of Renault XFK and Dacia x52.

Magna
